Finance leader with 11+ years across startups, scale-ups and international multi-entity organisations in Germany and India, now operating at Head of Finance level through concurrent fractional and executive mandates. I partner with founders, CEOs and leadership teams to build scalable finance functions from scratch, own FP&A and reporting cadence, and drive fundraising and liquidity strategy across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Most recently, I led a company's finance function through a liquidity and restructuring phase as Acting Head of Finance — owning cash runway planning, investor materials and fundraising readiness — while concurrently running two additional fractional Head of Finance engagements for early-stage, venture-backed startups. Earlier in my career I built and led finance teams of up to 4–5 across EMEA and APAC, and drove finance transformation initiatives including ERP integrations and reporting automation.
