Published researcher and policy-oriented sociologist with hands-on experience at the intersection of gender, climate change, and human rights. My research spans food security, climate change, environment, sexual and reproductive health - with three peer-reviewed publications across 2024–2026. Currently contributing to UNFCCC and UNCCD youth constituencies, as a research volunteer, where I previously conducted literature reviews for official COP30 documentation on indigenous rights and deforestation in the Amazon Rainforest. I am currently working as a research volunteer at Our Gender Lens, where I conduct content analysis, write blogs and articles, contributing to social discourse. My core competencies include qualitative research design, policy brief writing, literature synthesis, academic communication, and stakeholder engagement — built through roles at UNFCCC, CRY, WRRP Foundation, and DG Vaishnav College. I am actively seeking policy research, program associate, or research analyst roles at international organizations, think tanks, or NGOs working on gender justice, climate policy, or human rights. 📩 Open to opportunities - dharshannnnnx@gmail.com
