Hello, my name is Preethi Thummeti. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Celebrity Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2020. During my academic journey, I developed a strong foundation in both technical and communication-oriented fields, which helped me explore diverse career paths. I hold certifications in Cloud Computing through NPTEL, CCNA from Cisco Networking Academy, Cybersecurity and AWS from AICTE, along with hands-on exposure to Android Development. I am also a member of IEEE, which reflects my continuous interest in technology and innovation. My skill set is a combination of technical expertise and communication-driven roles. On the technical side, I have knowledge in networking (CCNA), machine learning basics, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. Along with this, I have experience and interest in chat support, chatbot handling, customer relationship management, customer service, and email support. I am also passionate about content and communication-related work, including copywriting, copy editing, creative writing, ebook writing, and email copywriting. Additionally, I have an interest in training and development, tutorial teaching, and webinar content creation. I am open to roles in insurance and underwriting as well, where analytical thinking and customer interaction are important. I am highly adaptable, a quick learner, and comfortable working in fully remote environments. I can collaborate with global teams, manage tasks independently, and deliver quality work from anywhere in the world. My goal is to build a flexible, remote career where I can combine my technical knowledge, communication skills, and creativity to contribute effectively to an organization.
