Over the last 2 years, I've focused exclusively on building production AI systems: • Architected a reusable multi-agent orchestration framework now powering multiple AI products at ixigo — including an in-app voice-to-voice AI assistant and a Voice Bot platform handling ~80% of company call volume (fully replacing the legacy IVR). • Built short- and long-term agent memory systems and the multi-agent orchestration layer used across the company's agentic use cases. • Led the PLAN product — an AI-powered itinerary creator driving top-of-funnel engagement for non-transactional users. Prior to AI, I led ixigo's Flights Backend team (2019–2024) where I: • Led a team of 11 engineers to migrate the flights platform from monolith to microservices. • Architected a probabilistic Booking Distribution Service delivering 2x overall margin improvement. • Drove Discount Optimization achieving 3x bookings and up to 4x profit margin growth.
