I'm an engineering services and project coordination professional with over 7 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC automation, and technical business support. Most recently, I worked as an Associate Manager at Trimasys Control Solutions, a Siemens System House, where I managed end-to-end execution of BMS and HVAC automation projects for Honeywell and Schneider Electric accounts. Over my career, I've led project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination across engineering, procurement, and client teams to keep complex automation projects on track. I've prepared techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and compliance documentation, and supported business development through customer engagement, solution presentations, and requirement analysis. Along the way, I've contributed to projects worth over 6 Crore in value and helped build out engineering teams by recruiting 50+ engineers. I hold an M.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and bring strong technical grounding alongside hands-on project execution experience.
