I’m an IT Support professional with hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues. I enjoy helping users figure out technical problems quickly and making sure their systems are running smoothly with as little downtime as possible. My experience covers system setup and configuration, Windows OS support, software installation, and resolving common connectivity and application issues. I’m also comfortable providing remote support through chat, email, and video calls. Over the past 1–2 years, I’ve built experience through practice, personal projects, and real support situations where I assisted users with device setup, internet issues, and software errors. One thing I’ve become good at is quickly identifying what’s wrong and breaking down solutions in a way that’s easy for non-technical users to understand and follow. I’m now looking for a remote IT Support or Help Desk role where I can continue building my skills and contribute to a team that values reliable support and good customer experience. I’m especially interested in entry-level or junior remote positions where I can grow in IT support, IT operations, and develop a stronger foundation in cybersecurity over time.
