I am an experienced IV Therapy Nurse Manager responsible for leading and supporting a team of nurses while coordinating IV therapy services across healthcare organisations. My role involves maintaining strong professional relationships and acting as a key liaison between our nursing team and hospital clinical teams. I am responsible for coordinating services across hospitals in Cornwall, Wales, South London and surrounding regions, including Royal Devon Hospital, Torbay Hospital, Cardiff Hospital, Southampton Hospital, Portsmouth Hospital and Royal Berkshire Hospital. My responsibilities include team leadership, service coordination, clinical liaison, maintaining high standards of patient care, and ensuring effective communication between healthcare professionals and hospital teams. Following my relocation from England to Portugal due to personal circumstances, I am now seeking a professional opportunity that aligns with my experience, leadership skills and clinical background, while allowing me to work remotely from Portugal.
