A blank canvas doesn't scare me, but I'm at equally happy managing, improving and extending legacy systems. I get way more excited about APIs and robust integration than normal people, and I'm who you want on hand in an outage; I'll stack my debugging skills against anyone's. New stacks and new codebases are not a problem, and I pride myself on being useful as soon as possible.
