Experienced Engineering Leader and Tech Management Professional with over 15 years of industry experience spanning software architecture, embedded systems, and formal people management. Most recently, as a Software Development Manager at Sartorius, I held full personnel, budget, and delivery accountability for an international cross-functional team of 14 engineers. I thrive in environments where leadership is about empowering people, breaking down organizational silos, and fostering unified we-cultures. Following a global reorganization that centralizing management structures, I chose to pivot temporarily into a Senior Software Engineer role. This transition was a deliberate, strategic move to free up the capacity required to fast-track a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Umeå University. My goal is to dual-wield a deep technical foundation with strong financial and operational acumen. I am now actively seeking my next long-term leadership challenge as an Engineering Manager or similar roles (local in Umeå or 100% Remote).
