I am a Treasury and Structured Finance professional with more than 6 years of experience leading funding strategies across multinational corporations, investment banks, and strategic consulting. At Klabin, I manage a BRL 30 billion corporate debt portfolio and a BRL 8 billion cash position, having structured a USD 500 million syndicated Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) with 10 global banks and led international DCM issuances exceeding USD 300 million under RegS and 144A frameworks. My experience spans the full capital markets spectrum, from the origination and execution of cross-border financing solutions, with more than USD 1 billion at Raízen/Shell, to the management of BRL 90 billion in OTC derivatives and credit exposure at BTG Pactual, as well as Project Finance advisory at Deloitte across the Energy, Mining, and Infrastructure sectors. Key achievements: * Puma II Project, a BRL 12.9 billion industrial expansion program coordinated with IDB, IFC, and BNDES. * USD 150 million in CAPEX optimization through international machinery leasing structures. * Origination and management of Raízen S.A.’s FIDC FIAGRO, ranked among ANBIMA’s Top 4, with BRL 400 million in net assets. * More than USD 1 billion in funding through commodity prepayment structures with international trading companies. * Direct relationship and negotiations with leading banks across LATAM, the U.S., Europe, Japan, and China. * Direct relationship with local and global corporate credit rating agencies, including S&P Ratings, Moody’s, and Fitch, for debt issuances and rating reviews. Outside the corporate environment, I serve as Head Treasurer on the Board of SANB (Sweden Alumni Network Brazil), connecting my international academic background at Chalmers University of Technology with the Nordic business community in Brazil.
