Most recently, as a Product Implementation Consultant at a legal AI company, I owned the full onboarding lifecycle - outreach, training, and structured adoption follow-up - for a portfolio of 40-50 concurrent enterprise clients, coordinating SSO setup, tailoring rollout plans to each firm's technical maturity, and building the company's AI-prompting curriculum used company-wide. I also enabled a third-party implementation partner to deliver independently through structured readiness coaching, extending delivery capacity beyond direct headcount. Earlier in my career, I managed vendor operations worth tens of millions of dollars in spend at Vistaprint, where I defined requirements for a reconciliation tool that cut a weekly process from nine hours to 90 minutes, and drove vendor performance work that identified $500K-$750K in annual shipping savings.
