Pablo Alvarez

I'm a software engineer with around 3 years of experience, currently building products at Encuadrado, where we help independent professionals handle payments and scheduling. Most of my work is on the full-stack side with mainly Python and Node, but I'm an easy learner. I can definitely adapt to any stack. I care a lot about writing code that the next person can actually read and maintain. I've worked remotely for a while now and I'm comfortable owning features end to end, from figuring out the problem to shipping and keeping an eye on it in production. I like teams that communicate clearly and don't mind async work across time zones. Based in Chile (UTC-4).
