Ornella Addabbo

I work in Learning & Development focusing on program coordination and instructional design. I support training initiatives from planning to delivery, making sure processes are clear, organized and well executed. I work closely with trainers, learners and internal stakeholders and manage academic planning as well as LMS platforms such as Moodle and Tocco. I care about structure and quality, but also about the human side of learning. I aim to create learning environments that are practical, coherent and aligned with both organizational goals and learner experience. My background is in intercultural communication and project management IPMA-D, and I am continuing to deepen my expertise in instructional and learning experience design. I am naturally curious, thoughtful and motivated by environments where ideas turn into concrete results. I value clarity, collaboration and meaningful work, and I am particularly drawn to roles where learning supports real development and long-term impact.
