Oliver Peck

I am a Business Analyst with over ten years' experience in housing (social and commercial) and utilities, with particular focus on CRM implementation and process improvement. My previous roles have encompassed typical BA responsibilities along with systems analysis and documentation, system integration and user acceptance test planning, and Agile product ownership. I am available to immediately start a new role, and seek an opportunity where I can develop a deep knowledge of how their systems operate, and work with the business to improve ways of working and streamline their processes. I am motivated primarily by curiosity and a love of problem solving, driven by my academic background in engineering.
