I have over thirteen years of experience within TotalEnergies, one of the world's leading multinational organizations, I have built a career at the intersection of people operations, workforce leadership, talent strategy, and business performance. Throughout my career, I have partnered with senior leaders to support large and geographically dispersed workforces, drive workforce planning initiatives, improve employee experience, and deliver recruitment and people solutions aligned with organizational goals. Most recently, I have led operational and workforce performance across 13 locations with responsibility for more than 300 employees. In this capacity, I work closely with leaders to improve employee effectiveness, support performance management, strengthen workforce planning, and ensure operational excellence across multiple sites. Prior to this, I held dedicated recruitment and HR roles where I managed full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, succession planning support, talent pipelines, and stakeholder engagement across complex business environments. What particularly attracts me to Capacity is the opportunity to help build scalable people operations infrastructure within a fast-growing international organization. My experience working within a global corporate structure, coupled with my MBA, CIPD membership, and track record of building strong partnerships with leaders and employees alike, has equipped me to contribute meaningfully to your international people strategy. While my direct experience has primarily been within Africa-based operations, I have worked within globally governed HR frameworks and multinational business environments that required close alignment with international standards, processes, and stakeholders.
