I am a HR Professional with over 10 years of experience supporting executive leadership in the oil and gas sector. I bring strong organizational, stakeholder management, and process-tracking skills that are highly transferable to HR operations. In addition, I have recently expanded my HR expertise through hands-on volunteer recruitment, coordinating 20+ candidate interviews across 3 countries, managing recruitment records, and supporting onboarding processes. I am currently preparing for the PHRi certification, pursuing an AI & HR automation course, and anticipate obtaining a Canadian HRM certificate, which collectively equip me to support modern, tech-enabled HR functions in global organizations.
