What I do: I'm a Senior AI Engineer at Accenture, building production Generative AI and agentic systems for enterprise clients. My work covers multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines with vector databases, LLM integration across AWS Bedrock, Claude, and OpenAI APIs, and the evaluation frameworks that keep these systems reliable. I serve models with FastAPI on AWS and own access control and monitoring end to end. For how long: 10+ years in software and AI engineering — Microsoft (2015–2019), Nike (2019–2023), and Accenture (2024–present). About 7 of those years focused specifically on AI/ML systems. Two things I achieved: First, I architected and shipped an agentic AI system for enterprise automation to production, used by real enterprise users. It reduced manual effort, improved decision consistency, and became a reusable internal framework adopted across teams. I also made tenant-scoped access filtering mandatory after a cross-tenant leak and built the evaluation framework gating deployment. Second, at Nike, I led development of AI-powered recommendation systems and built LLM-based conversational AI and RAG systems for product discovery, improving engagement and personalization at scale. What kind of remote role I want next: A fully remote senior AI/ML engineering role where I own production systems end to end — architecture, deployment, and evaluation — ideally at a product company where AI is core to the business rather than a service offering. I want to work closer to real users, see the impact of what I build, and help shape AI direction early. I'm based in Pharr, Texas, and comfortable working across time zones.
