I possess practical experience in retail operations, branch management, administration, customer service, inventory control, and manufacturing processes. Throughout my career, I have developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills through managing daily branch operations, handling customer inquiries, maintaining business records, controlling stock movement, and supporting office administration activities. Experience in retail management and administrative support, I am capable of working independently, managing multiple responsibilities, and adapting quickly to new challenges. I am proficient in Microsoft Office applications, data entry, documentation management, and operational coordination.
