Nithya Vysnavi Vadeveloo

I am a Technical Project Manager with five years of experience at ams-OSRAM, working across semiconductor manufacturing systems, process automation and global technology projects. I have coordinated engineering and manufacturing stakeholders across Europe and Asia-Pacific and led the implementation of digital systems used in semiconductor operations. My background also includes software development in C++ and C#, Python-based workflow automation, data analysis and applied AI. At ams-OSRAM, I developed a Python tool to automate a repetitive front-end manufacturing workflow. Earlier in my career, I developed software for automated high-speed IC test handlers and created a technical training programme that reduced new-employee onboarding time by 60%. More recently, I co-developed and evaluated a multi-agent AI prototype in partnership with the UK Government Office for Science. I have also completed postgraduate training in statistics and data science through MIT and machine learning through Stanford.
