I’m a motivated and reliable remote professional with a strong background in sales, customer communication, data handling, and administrative support, working primarily with international clients. I have experience in: customer support and client communication (email, chat, CRM) sales, lead generation, and follow-up data entry, reporting, and basic analysis translation and content rewriting (English–Albanian–Turkish) content support, research, and AI-assisted tasks working with digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, online platforms) I’m comfortable handling a wide range of tasks and roles, and I adapt quickly to new responsibilities and systems. I enjoy learning new tools, working with structured processes, and supporting teams with both operational and creative work. I’m currently seeking a fully remote role in areas such as: customer support / chat support virtual assistant / admin support data entry / operations sales support / lead generation content or AI support roles I’m available to start immediately and open to both part-time and full-time opportunities.
