I’m a Program, Portfolio and PMO Consultant specialising in programme governance, financial controls, strategic planning, project controls, transformation and organisational change. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve supported enterprise-wide digital and business transformation across energy, financial services, rail, retail and consulting, working with senior executives and complex, multi-million-pound portfolios. Two achievements I’m particularly proud of are: • At SGN, I governed two transformation portfolios worth £230m, introduced a stage-gate framework and created a single executive portfolio pack for the CFO, CEO and COO, improving visibility of delivery status, risks and benefits. • At bp, I managed governance for a $20m transformation portfolio, achieving 95% on-time delivery. I also migrated more than 150 projects into SAP PPM with 100% data quality and delivered Power BI dashboards that reduced reporting time by 40%. I have been working in programme and portfolio management for more than 20 years, including consulting and interim leadership roles since 2004. For my next role, I’m seeking a fully remote Program, Portfolio or PMO leadership/consulting position. I’m particularly interested in transformation offices, portfolio governance, programme controls, financial governance, PMO setup or optimisation, and digital or ERP transformation. I would add the most value in a role requiring strong executive reporting, stage-gate assurance, RAID management, benefits realisation, data-driven insight and coordination across complex, geographically dispersed teams.
