Lead Product Designer | Healthcare, Consumer
I design systems that make sense of mess. I'm a Lead Product Designer with 5 years of experience designing data-heavy, workflow-driven products across health-tech, ed-tech, and consumer platforms. Trained as an architect, I traded blueprints for wireframes, but kept the habit of thinking in structures before I think in screens. Good design, to me, is equal parts logic and clarity: simplifying complex systems and reducing friction at the moments that matter most. At Deep Holistics, I've spent three years designing across a range of health-tech products, from 0→1 builds to systems-level work. Among the things I'm most proud of: a health dashboard that turns hundreds of biomarkers into something a customer can understand without medical help, and a design system that brought consistency across three different products as the team scaled. I also led a redesign of a broken booking flow that took task completion to 95%, one of several fixes that came out of digging into where customers were getting stuck. Earlier, at Zomato, I designed the ticket-purchase experience for Zomaland, the brand's flagship festival, which sold out almost entirely through the app experience. I also contributed to a merchant tiering system that helped cut refund resolution time in half. What I enjoy most is untangling a messy, data-heavy problem with the team and turning it into something simple people can trust.
