I’ve been working in sales and customer-focused operations for several years, with experience progressing into team management and remote operations leadership. Led and supported a remote chat sales team, helping improve performance, customer engagement, and sales results. Improved team processes and day-to-day operations by using customer insights and performance data to identify areas for improvement. I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer experience, operations, and leadership.
