Nicole Lincoln

I am a MBA graduate and currently in school for a doctorate in education. Currently, I work as an Office Administrator for a HVAC company (contract-to-hire) where I process payroll, accounts receivable/payable, assist with dispatching and general customer service. This role is all-encompassing accounting, human resources, and operations management. Previously, I spent the last 6 years finishing my bachelor's and MBA programs while searching for a role that fit best. I worked in manufacturing, continuing education, dealership, and non-profit in various roles (accounting, marketing, and editing).Between 2018 to 2020, I was an Office Manager for an engineering firm where I worked with various departments to ensure projects met their goals. I assisted marketing with their promotional materials, accounting when processing timesheets, CAD/GIS department for utility audits, and helped engineers in contract auditing. Gaps and short-term employment are due to focusing on finishing higher education and working part-time roles.
