I bring several years of customer service and inbound call experience both in traditional and work at home environments. I have worked for companies such as QVC, U-Haul and Jacent merchandising where developed strong, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. My background includes handling high call volume, assisting customers with orders and account concerns, resolving issues sufficiently and maintaining a positive professional attitude under pressure. Working remotely has strengthened my time management self discipline and ability to stay focused without direct supervision. I am comfortable using multiple systems, navigating customer databases, and adapting quickly to new technology in my next remote role. I am seeking a stable work-at-home Customer service position where I can provide exceptional support build positive customer relationships, and contribute to a team focused environment.
