Nicole Foster

I am an educator and instructional design professional with over 15 years of experience in education, curriculum development, technology integration, and creating engaging learning experiences. My background includes teaching across multiple grade levels, leading educational technology initiatives, developing curriculum, and supporting educators in implementing effective instructional strategies. I hold a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a master's degree in Education Technology Integration and Learning Design. I am also pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership. Two of my key accomplishments include serving as a Technology Director, where I supported the integration of digital learning tools, learning management systems, and instructional technology to improve teaching and learning. I have also designed and developed comprehensive curricula, instructional materials, and project-based learning experiences that incorporate differentiated instruction, accessibility, and technology to meet diverse learner needs. My greatest professional interest is instructional design and learning experience development. I enjoy taking complex information and transforming it into clear, engaging, and meaningful learning opportunities. I am particularly interested in applying adult learning principles, instructional design models, and educational technology to create effective training solutions. I am seeking a fully remote position as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, Curriculum Developer, or Learning and Development Specialist. While my experience is rooted in K–12 education, I am eager to apply my skills in corporate training, higher education, professional development, or customer education. My goal is to create accessible, learner-centered training that supports measurable outcomes and helps individuals develop practical skills.
