I’m a tourism professional with 2 years of experience across travel consulting, destination management, travel sales, customer service, and content creation. I currently work as a Destination Specialist, managing European FIT clients traveling in the Philippines, where I create customized itineraries, coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and tours, and handle booking changes and special requests. I also work remotely as a Travel Sales Assistant, handling inbound inquiries, assisting with itinerary planning, following up with leads, and helping convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. My experience has allowed me to work with corporate, B2B, international, and individual travelers while maintaining a strong focus on communication, accuracy, and personalized service. I’m comfortable managing multiple tasks, coordinating with suppliers, responding to urgent requests, and working independently in a remote environment.
