COO/CFO | I Build Systems That Hold Up and Coach the People Running Them
I spent six years in finance and accounting ops before Web3 pulled me in. Budgets for 36 entities, ERP conversions, compliance reporting that used to eat hundreds of hours a year. I learned how to build systems that actually hold up when things get messy. Then a DeFi project needed someone to run ops. We took it from launch to $5M in TVL with a small, scrappy team. After that I landed at SCRIB3, a Web3 creative agency, and ended up absorbing COO, CSO, and CFO responsibilities as the company shrank and executives left. Wasn't planned. I've just turned into the gadget player who goes where the fire is hottest. Most of what I do now is a mix of coaching, finance, and ops. Somebody's avoiding a hard call, or a process is falling apart, and my job is sitting with them and helping them unlock observations and next steps they couldn't get to on their own. The rest is making sure the numbers are honest and the team can keep doing good work without the floor falling out. I'm open to full-time. I'd also take fractional or contract work if it's heavy on coaching and org design.
