I enjoy solving the kinds of infrastructure problems that don't have obvious answers. Over the past 25+ years, I've designed, administered, automated, and modernized enterprise Microsoft environments across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, VMware, Windows Server, and hybrid infrastructure. My career has evolved from administering systems to engineering solutions that improve reliability, security, and operational efficiency. My areas of focus include Microsoft 365, hybrid identity, PowerShell automation, enterprise application integrations, and complex production troubleshooting. I enjoy working across teams and with technology vendors to resolve challenging issues, improve operational processes, and deliver scalable infrastructure solutions. I believe the best infrastructure is reliable, well documented, secure, and automated wherever practical. I'm always interested in connecting with IT professionals and learning about opportunities involving Microsoft infrastructure, Microsoft 365, enterprise identity, virtualization, and automation.
