Nick Newman

In my current role as Senior Project Manager at Training Force, I lead a team of 5 Project Managers and 20 delivery staff, overseeing 350+ concurrent projects for approximately 150 clients nationally. I am directly accountable for programme governance, risk and issue management, and budget/P&L control of up to R28 million, and I personally chair monthly client-facing progress reviews — a discipline of consistent, no-surprises reporting that I have built into every team I have led. My background also includes regulatory and compliance-heavy delivery environments, giving me a strong grounding in audit readiness, data governance, and structured, evidence-based reporting.
