12+ years managing high-stakes infrastructure projects — Solar EPC, hybrid energy systems, construction — in off-grid locations across Indonesia. Remote islands. Jungle sites. Papua. IKN national capital development area. No stable internet. No reliable logistics. No margin for missed deadlines. That environment teaches a specific kind of discipline: own the execution layer completely, or the project fails. I delivered 100+ MWp across the portfolio under those conditions. Now I apply that same discipline to digital remote operations. The tools are different. The principle isn't.
