I have 23+ years of R&D and product-development experience in HVAC, refrigeration and thermal-management systems. My experience covers concept development, thermal/mechanical design, CAD, prototyping, testing and validation, BOM development, supplier development, DFM/DFA, product optimization, cost reduction and production launch. I currently lead/coordinate HVAC product-development activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain. My technical expertise includes heat exchangers, fans, pumps, air-side systems, controls and energy-efficient cooling. I am particularly interested in applying this experience to low-carbon heating and heat-pump technology
