I am a Project Management professional with over 8 years of experience working across cross-functional teams, resource management, stakeholder coordination, financial reporting, delivery tracking, onboarding, and project operations. Throughout my career, I have worked in environments that require strong coordination between people, projects, financial objectives, operational priorities, and business stakeholders. In my current position, I have led end-to-end onboarding of team members, ensuring that individual responsibilities and skill sets are aligned with project requirements. I have also managed resource lifecycles across multiple concurrent projects by identifying staffing requirements, matching talent to appropriate roles, monitoring utilization, and dynamically adjusting resource assignments. I have worked with project budgets, profit-and-loss (P&L) metrics, utilization benchmarks, and cost-variance information to support business decision-making. I also work extensively with project reporting and performance visibility. I have developed and maintained management and executive dashboards that provide insights into team productivity, project health, delivery metrics, resource utilization, and financial performance. These dashboards help leadership understand the current state of projects and make informed decisions regarding resource deployment, team structures, and project priorities. Earlier in my career, I developed additional experience working with global teams and German stakeholders. I am particularly interested in a remote role that gives me the opportunity to work with international teams, stakeholders, and organizations. I am looking for an environment where I can apply my existing project management and consulting experience. A remote position would allow me to collaborate with geographically distributed teams and contribute to projects involving diverse cultures, business practices, and stakeholders group.
