Qualitative research specialist
I’m a senior qualitative and mixed-methods researcher with 9+ years of experience leading insight-driven strategy across North America and the Middle East. I translate complex human behavior into clear, actionable direction, helping teams make better decisions across brand, product, UX, and communication strategy. Over the years, I’ve partnered with global brands, financial institutions, and agencies on consumer and B2B research, digital products, financial services, and emerging markets. More recently, I’ve been especially drawn to work that sits at the intersection of human experience and healthcare, where strong qualitative moderation and structured insight can directly support better patient, HCP, and brand outcomes. Previously, I’ve held senior roles at Ipsos, Dig Insights, and RBC, leading end-to-end qualitative and mixed-methods programs, from research design and moderation (IDI/FGDs/stakeholder interviews) through synthesis, storytelling, and executive-level recommendations. I’m comfortable navigating nuanced topics, building trust quickly with participants, and translating what I hear into strategic narratives that teams can act on.
