Muskan Nahata

I’m a Software Engineer at IBM with 4+ years of experience building backend and AI/GenAI systems. I primarily work with Go and Python, along with technologies such as PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. My work spans scalable backend services, data pipelines, RAG applications, and agentic AI workflows. Two things I’m particularly proud of are building an AI-driven analytics platform that enabled enterprise document querying, automated email generation, and sentiment analysis, and building an SRE agent using LangChain and CrewAI to automate operational workflows. I also contributed to a GenAI evaluation framework to systematically assess and improve LLM outputs. For my next role, I’m looking for a remote Software Engineering or AI/ML role where I can work on challenging technical problems, build production systems end to end, and have meaningful ownership. I’m particularly interested in backend infrastructure, distributed systems, and applied AI/GenAI. I’d also value a remote environment that gives me the flexibility to work effectively while traveling and collaborating with a strong engineering team.
