I am a business operations and e-commerce specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in procurement, e-commerce, bookkeeping and process automation, built alongside my BA (Hons) in Business Management. Currently I manage softwood timber procurement from Finland and Sweden for an importer, oversee import documentation and customs clearance, and handle monthly P&L and COGS reporting for a Malaysian home brand as a remote account manager. Two results I am proud of: I scaled a Malaysian brand's TikTok Shop revenue 10x (RM 50K to RM 500K) in 6 months through influencer-led marketing and a 20,000+ creator affiliate network, and I built a business management app that digitized invoicing, receipts and customer ledgers, recovered about $15K in untracked receivables and saves 20+ hours per week. I have also built 15+ GoHighLevel, n8n, Make and Zapier workflows for US clinics, cutting client onboarding from 1 hour to 5 minutes. I have worked remotely with international teams in Malaysia and the US since 2023, and I am comfortable with async communication and US-hours overlap. I am looking for a remote role in e-commerce operations, business operations or automation, where I can combine commercial skills in pricing, supplier negotiation and reporting with AI and no-code tooling to make a business run faster and more profitably.
