Human Resource Graduate | BBA in HR | Talent Development & Employee Engagement Enthusiast
I’m a dedicated HR and communications professional with over 8 years of hands‑on experience supporting teams and organizations to build strong, people‑centred workplaces. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, and throughout my career I’ve worked across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance support, and internal communications. Over time, I’ve also developed a natural passion for public relations and strategic communication, which has helped me become a strong bridge between people, management, and the wider public. From the very beginning of my journey, I’ve always believed that people are the heart of any organization. Policies, processes, and systems are important, but they only work when they are built with people in mind. I enjoy listening to employees, understanding their needs, and helping create environments where they feel respected, heard, and motivated. Whether I’m guiding a new hire through onboarding, mediating a workplace concern, or supporting a manager with performance feedback, my goal is always to make human resource practices feel human, not mechanical. In the HR space, I’ve managed full‑cycle recruitment processes, from job profiling and posting to screening, interviewing, and onboarding. I’ve worked with different levels of staff, from entry‑level roles to mid‑level specialists, and I’ve learned how to match the right person to the right role, not just on paper but in terms of culture and values. I’m detail‑oriented when it comes to documentation, contracts, and HR records, and I always aim to keep processes transparent so that employees understand where they stand and what is expected of them. Employee relations is another area where I feel most at home. I’ve supported managers in handling sensitive cases, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and performance challenges, always with a focus on fairness, empathy, and due process. I believe in early intervention—addressing small issue
