I am a results-driven Account Executive with over 10 years of experience in full-cycle sales, customer support, and client relationship management. I have worked across the entire sales process—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships. Throughout my career, I have consistently focused on improving conversion rates, managing pipelines effectively, and delivering strong customer experiences. I have hands-on experience with CRM systems, outbound and inbound sales, and handling high-volume client interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism. I am particularly strong at understanding customer needs, building trust quickly, and turning conversations into opportunities.
