I am an editorial, accessibility, and documentation leader with more than a decade of experience helping teams turn complex information into clear, accurate, accessible, and actionable work. Across edtech, healthcare, nonprofit, accessibility, AI, and regulated technical environments, I have led people and projects at the intersection of content quality, documentation strategy, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. My work includes managing editorial teams, coordinating shared resources across departments, supporting Agile/Scrum workflows, developing scalable QA processes, creating accessibility training, and improving documentation systems. I am also a digital accessibility professional advancing inclusive practices across documents, learning platforms, web content, and organizational training. My expertise includes WCAG, ADA, Section 508, accessible document remediation, screen reader testing, keyboard navigation, color contrast review, plain language, and inclusive content design. I especially enjoy translating accessibility principles into guidance teams can apply. Most recently, my documentation leadership has expanded into natural gas construction and compliance documentation, where I support field teams by organizing, verifying, digitizing, and improving project records in a detailed, regulated environment. This work strengthened my ability to connect documentation strategy with field execution, stakeholder communication, and project closeout needs.
