I’m a data analyst with a focus on people, workforce, and operational analytics. I come from an HR operations background and have spent the last few years working in regulated environments where data accuracy, audit readiness, and clear reporting really matter. I enjoy taking messy or fragmented people data and turning it into insight that leaders can actually use. In my current role, I design and maintain automated Power BI dashboards that connect directly to HR systems. This has replaced a lot of manual reporting and improved visibility, consistency, and data quality across the organisation. The reports I build are used by senior leadership and heads of service to support workforce planning, compliance reporting, and operational decision making. I work confidently with Power BI and advanced Excel, including Power Query, pivot tables, and complex formulas. I have hands on experience with HR systems such as Access PeopleHR and Workday, and I am comfortable owning reporting end to end, from data extraction and modelling through to explaining insights to non technical stakeholders. I am currently building my SQL and Python skills to support more scalable analytics work. I am looking for a fully remote role where data is used to improve clarity and decision making, not just to produce reports. I work well with distributed teams, communicate clearly, and enjoy collaborating across functions and time zones. I am a US citizen with full work authorisation in both the United States and the United Kingdom, and I am open to fully remote roles with US, UK, or global teams.
