Mohammed Shams Ahmed

I’m a Full Stack MERN Developer with 1+ year of hands-on experience through 3 remote software development internships, including with international companies based in the USA, and Spain. I collaborated with teams working across GST and CET time zones and I’m also comfortable working with US time zones. One thing I’m proud of is completing all 3 internships during and after my graduation while consistently committing around 5–6+ hours every day. I didn’t just use these internships to learn; I worked on real-world web applications and contributed to actual product development. I worked on frontend development using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Figma, and also contributed to backend development using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and REST APIs. During these internships, I developed UI for web platforms, worked on distributed modules across teams, and contributed to backend structure by creating controllers, middleware, routes, and APIs. I also designed responsive Figma components and screens for mobile, tablet, and large-screen devices, focusing on clean layouts and user flows. I regularly collaborated with developers, designers, product managers, QA, and other team members through remote meetings, daily updates, and task tracking. I’m also proud of receiving recommendation letters for my performance and contributions during my internships. For my next role, I’m looking for a remote Junior Full Stack Developer, MERN Stack Developer, or Frontend Developer position. I want to work on real products, contribute from day one, learn from an experienced team, and continue growing as a developer. I’m available to start immediately and can adapt to different working hours and time zones.
