To give you a brief overview of my background, I bring strong analytical and operational experience from my previous roles as an Interaction Analyst in the Analytics Team and in the Training & Quality team within the E-Publishing domain. To strengthen my analytical expertise with advanced technologies, I completed a Master Program in Applied AI, Generative AI, and Data Science at HOPE Artificial Intelligence. Through this intensive program, I gained hands-on experience in machine learning pipelines, generative AI models, and data science methodologies.
