I’m a Senior QA / QA Lead with over 8 years in QA, 6.5 of them on a high-growth US real-estate SaaS product. My strongest recent work is leading QA for a launched, production AI-native CRM from beta through General Availability and a 1,400-attendee launch webinar. The product included a Claude-powered SMS lead bot, AI Smart-Actions/Tasks pipeline, ML contact enrichment, predictive scoring, and AI voice-note transcription. I owned the AI-risk testing strategy end-to-end: naming AI as the highest-risk area in the CRM QA strategy, writing the risk assessment across major features, and building verification-first testing around non-determinism, anti-fabrication checks, golden-set/eval thinking, and AI observability with Langfuse. Beyond AI, I’ve owned large-scale QA execution and release readiness: • Managed test process across 4 engineering squads • Ran ~39 weekly test runs and maintained a ~1,040-case Qase estate • Logged/triaged defects, plus a parallel bug defect program • Drove an item blocker report, bug tracking audit, and GA-readiness review • Authored a SOP QA operating framework adopted by the QA team • Led a 4-person offshore QA team as a player-coach: onboarding, run orchestration, peer review, reporting, and knowledge-base maintenance. Earlier in my tenure, I QA’d high-visibility website/template launches for luxury real-estate clients, led QA for a Standard Elements rollout across 8 live client sites, and architected/owned a Visual Regression Testing program for ~2 years. I’m strongest where QA is more than “checking tickets”: defining risk, designing gates, making ambiguous product behavior testable, improving process, and giving PM/EM stakeholders enough evidence to make release decisions.
