I'm an HR Manager at an early-stage startup, with two years of experience in customer communication, CRM/database management, and team coordination. I've built and maintained the company's CRM/client database from scratch (Airtable), and independently built a second CRM portfolio project in Zoho CRM, structuring linked customer and case records to demonstrate real ticketing and data-handling skills.
