I am a product manager with about eight years of direct experience managing software products and more than nine years of professional software development experience. I have worked on enterprise systems, healthcare products, international business platforms, and digital transformation projects. My work covers user research, product planning, user flows, prototypes, product documents, API requirements, technical discussions, testing, release work, and product improvement. At Nexus Holidays Group, I worked on ERP, supply chain, finance, reporting, sales, websites, and cross-border e-commerce systems. At Zhizhong Medical, I worked on products for patients, hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, and internal teams. One of the products I supported was deployed across more than 700 hospitals in China.
