I'm a programme and project manager and events professional based in Rome. I plan and deliver events, festivals and international programmes from start to finish: scope, schedules, budgets, risk, contracts and compliance, suppliers and partners, and the communication that keeps everyone aligned. I work in five languages: Serbian, English (C2), Italian (C1), French and Spanish. I have six years of experience, including roles at Fever, Next Exhibition in Rome and the Matera International Film Festival, plus a fully remote event marketing role negotiating partnerships for the Venice Film Festival and Festival de Cannes. My project management work covers integrated planning, milestone and dependency tracking, risk escalation, and Agile practices, using Jira, Confluence, Notion, and Trello. I'm completing the Google Project Management certificate. On the research side, I was a research assistant at the University of Bari, hold a University of Geneva certificate in monitoring and operational research for humanitarians, and am a Fulbright Scholar. I'm now preparing an ethnographic MA thesis on philanthropy. Two achievements I'm proud of: 1. At Fever, I delivered two large-scale programmes that generated EUR 535K and EUR 110K in gross revenue in 2025, coordinating teams of 20–30 across the US, Spain, and Italy. 2. I built the planning and communication systems in Jira that Fever's Innovation and Digital teams used to run their projects. Next, I want a fully remote role in programme or project management, event administration, or research and programme coordination, ideally with a non-profit, international organisation, or university working on sustainable development, climate, philanthropy, or international cooperation. I'm completing an MA in Development and International Cooperation at Sapienza and work comfortably across time zones, including US hours.
