Curriculum Design, EdTech Platforms & Staff Training | Open to Remote Roles
I've spent the last several years teaching elementary school — but the real throughline of my work has always been instructional design. I build curriculum that breaks down complex concepts for a wide range of learners, deliver it through platforms like Google Classroom, Nearpod, Promethean, IXL, Zearn, and iReady, and use data from MAP testing and other assessment tools to continuously refine what I'm teaching and how. I've also led formal professional development sessions for staff, and built curriculum and materials that my grade team and school adopted beyond my own classroom — which is, at its core, training adults and designing content for others to use at scale. With my school closing, I'm moving that skill set into Customer Success, Training & Development and EdTech roles, where I can apply the same instinct for clear, learner-centered content design and training delivery in a professional setting. I've also worked directly with platforms like Salesforce and Radius, and managed stakeholder communication through tools like ParentSquare, PowerSchool, and Gradelink — so I'm comfortable in systems-heavy, relationship-driven environments too. Open to remote roles in Customer-facing, Training and Development, EdTech, and adjacent fields. Always happy to connect with anyone in these spaces — I'd love to talk about how a classroom background translates more directly than people expect.
