I have setup, upgraded and maintained all servers, PC’s, printers, routers, switches, and VoIP phones systems. Created and maintained all email services and passwords for all computers and employees. Setup and maintained all web services for company and clients including web pages and email blast functions. Setup internet and provisions for offsite sales events. Met with tech specialists to better serve the company with new technology to increase profits by decreasing liabilities. Setup and maintained call center profiles for all agents and phone systems. Managed Fiber and Gigabit networks of over 100 devices and printers including Wi-Fi and Captive Portal. Setup and maintain camera system for a 100,000 sq. ft. facility including access and passwords. Completed all projects on time or ahead of schedule. Lead costing negotiations to increase gross margin by 15% on key products for 2 companies. Presented classes for senior citizens who wanted to know their computer better at the public library. Also, for High school senior who needed to learn video capture and editing for a class from DeSoto High School. Completed course work in ERP (Enterprise Resource Software) software implementation. Currently getting a BA in Information Technology with a minor in Cyber Security. I have also trained or worked with a number of artists who have gone on to win Grammies for their work. I have setup recording studios for producers who are eager to make their mark. I practice the role of Audio Engineer, but I am mostly a teacher of things in that field.
