I am a Russian-speaking customer support and sales specialist with experience in client communication, customer service, sales, consultations, IT support, and online meetings. I have worked directly with customers, helped solve problems, explained products and services, supported clients during different stages of cooperation, and maintained long-term customer relationships. I am comfortable communicating with customers by phone, messaging, email, and video calls. I have experience working independently, learning new systems, and handling different customer requests. I am responsible, patient, organized, and focused on finding practical solutions for clients. My native language is Russian. I currently live in Türkiye and I am looking for a remote position with an international company.
