I’m an IT Technician with 5 years of experience providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and supporting business IT environments. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Administration and have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, ticketing systems, networking, and MSP environments. I have supported end users, installed and configured IT equipment, resolved connectivity issues, and helped maintain critical systems and infrastructure.
